*At the point of unloading, there must be cement or asphalt and the road must be at least 3.5 meters wide.
The carrier has the right to refuse to deliver in cases such as:

Sloping slope on the road
Wet spots with mud etc.
In this case, a different delivery point should be defined.
Delivery time
The products in stock, are delivered within 1-5 days (always depending on the difficulty of approaching the respective destination). For products that are on order, you will be informed immediately, about the delivery time.
Risk of Damage or Destruction of Products
Shipped products, are covered by insurance for damage or loss during transport. The validity of this security, ceases to exist from the moment of delivery of the product to the customer.
Product Returns / Withdrawal
To avoid your own inconvenience, we would recommend that you pay attention at the time of delivery of your order, to the condition of the product sold and its packaging intact, in order to detect any obvious defects, such as incorrect product shipment, broken product, defective parts, etc. Returns of products sold through our Company Website, are provided in the following cases:
In case of incorrect shipment of product, which will be due to the Company or its suppliers, the customer will have the right to return the product within fourteen (14) days of receipt. The product must be in excellent condition, not used, its packaging must be intact and it must contain the original content. In this case, the return costs will be paid by the Company.
